8:30 a.m.  until 5:30 p.m. Central Time Zone

Be assured our warehouse personel are working on Mondays* to package all outgoing orders that came in over the weekend.

You can still order from our website 24 hours a day 7 days each week "self service" using our ONLINE CATALOG.

  If you have placed an order over the weekend begining after hours on Friday, your order is being processed by our warehouse personel.  They do not have an incoming phone line to be able to help you with order status checks.  If you need to, you can send us an email to inquire about your order status or call us on Tuesday.

Order Status Check,

• Send an email to our order status desk or call us USING THIS NUMBER ONLY 501-982-2150. 

• EMAIL OUR ORDER STATUS DESK AT  adminarkansasope@centurytel.net

• If you choose to call our order status desk, you will need the following information and also expect a 15 minute wait.

• We must have your Pay Pal Transaction I.D. number to process your order status.  IF you don't provide a Pay Pal Transaction I.D. number within your email or an accurate I.D. number we will not be able to reply to your request and will delete your request.   If you submitted your order Friday late, Saturday, or Sunday we will get to your order as soon as we can.  For us to answer your order status inquiry, we must have the following:

• First Name and Last name on the order

• Pay Pal transaction I.D. number

• Phone number if we need to contact you.

• PUT ORDER STATUS IN YOUR SUBJECT BOX

NO ORDER STATUS CHECKS WILL BE PROVIDED ON MONDAYS.

Please understand we have the most orders to fill on Mondays and if you submitted your order late Friday or Saturday or Sunday we are working hard to get your order processed. 

All of our personel are working in the warehouse on Mondays.

IF YOU ORDERED ON FRIDAY AND ARE CALLING ON MONDAY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY ASK FOR OUR RUSH SERVICE!

If you call us to request your order status, expect a minimum15 minute  hold time. 

We only have one person who answers order status inquiries.
