We sell a lot of parts! We can't possibly stock them all, but we try. We are also subject to being out of stock on a part. Please be understanding. IF you need a part immediately or within a day or two, may we suggest you contact us regarding our RUSH SERVICE.
OTHERWISE, We request that you wait 4 to 7 days before making an inquiry about your order status. You may by then have received your order. Most orders ship inside 24 hours of receipt of your order. Once your item is shipped, depending on your location, it may take 2 to 6 days for the order to arrive your location. We use US Postal Service, 1st class mail, Priority Mail, and United Parcel Service UPS. If you did not request an upgrade to UPS, your order will go out 1st class mail or Priority mail depending on the weight of the order. In some circumstances we may voluntarily send your order via UPS. If your oder goes out by US Priority Mail or UPS, you will receive an alert with a tracking number.
Delivery destinations outside the 48 Continental United States will take longer.
All of our International deliveries are shipped via US Global Priority Mail.
SPECIAL NOTES........
REGARDING DELIVERY TIME: Our published delivery times are dependent on our inventory levels. If we are out of stock on any item, then your delivery time will be extended due to being out of stock. In some cases, if we are out of stock and our suppliers are also out of stock, you will then have to wait even longer. This is what we call a Factory Back Order, waiting on the manufacturer to re-supply their own warehouses and those also of regional dealers. Please be patient, this is a situation that is out of our control. We can refund your order if you so desire when this happens, but you must make this decision prior to 45 days of your order submission. After 45 days of order submission, we can only wait patiently on the manufacturer of the item you have on order.
PRIOR TO CALLING US OR SENDING US AN EMAIL, YOU SHOULD CHECK YOUR EMAIL FIRST to see if you have an alert from the Postal Service or UPS regarding your delivery. If you did not provide us with an email address, we can not alert you of your order status.
If you don't have a Pay Pal transaction i.d. you need to find this first. If you do not have a Pay Pal transaction i.d. number then your order did not go through.
