To provide customers with the best parts availability we can.  Providing repair parts and services both locally and Globally through this online presence, supportting Civilian and US Military both here in the continential United States, Territories, and other countries.

Our Business-

Established in July 2000 as a local service center for manufacturers of Outdoor Power Equipment, with 1 employee, 700 square feet of work space and no computers. 

 Presently, in the yar 2010, we are now a company that employes 5 full time people, and 7 part time off season workers who become 7 full time seasonal workers during months June through August, with 11 computers and 5600 square feet of office, retail, and service facilities.  Pictured above is our 3600 square feet sales and service loaction.

Officers, Management, and Supervision-

Patrick Thomas- President and General Manager

Patrick started this business in July 2000 and has since been working to improve and develope a sizeable business within the Jacksonville Arkansas community.

His resume includes 23 years of military experience, 8 working as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Tecnician in the USAF and 15 years flying with the Arkansas Air National Guard as a C-130 Flight Engineer. 

His civilian experiences go deep in the Pressure Washer industry, having previous experience in business management, process engineering, and manufacturing. Prior to starting this business Patrick was employeed as an engineering technician with Remington Arms ammunition manufacturing company in Lonoke Arkansas, for 11 years.

Beverly Thomas- Vice President of Operations

Berverly oversees the operations of our Global Internet Sales department, supervising the daily activities of Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving and the Customer Service phone sales department.

Beverly began working with her brother Patrick in October of 2007, after retiring with over 35 years experience working in corporate sales and management for the Pitney Bowes company.

Kat Brown-  Supervisor / Website management

Kat oversees the routine construction of our website. 

Kat began working for the company in July 2007. Kat was quick to learn our website construction methods and soon was awarded the title of Webmaster.  In time her experiences  in the magement of our website gained her the experience necessary to supervise the activities of our seasonal and part time website workers and student interns.
