JOB DESCRIPTION SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WEBSITE SUPERVISOR
This is an internal promotion position only.
High School diploma required.
Candidate for this position
must have acquired the title of Senior Webmaster.
Must understand the internal workings of our website.
Must be able to supervise activities of our website construction.
Must have experience within our customer service department to include,
but not limited to, taking customer phone orders and having demonstrated
a learned ability to identify products we support using illustrated parts
listings and diagrams. Must have an internal understanding of the operation
of our business both local retail and e-commerce operations.
Will assist company management in day to day activities, to include, but
not limited to local retail and e-commerce business actions.
SENIOR WEBMASTER-Lead Webmaster.
Candidate for this position must be in attendance
or have completed studies at local college in computer
science program, with programming studies to include advanced
html code and page construction
or have completed our Webmaster in training work program.
WEBMASTER
Must complete Photo Editor and Webmaster Internship
prior to advancement to this position.
PHOTO EDITOR
Must complete Webmaster Internship
prior to advancement to this position.
WEBMASTER INTERNSHIP (High School student work program position)
During school term,
this is a student work opportunity.
Monday through Friday until 5:30 / 7:00 p.m.
May have to work some Saturdays.
During the summer,
this is a student work opportunity
Monday through Friday 30 to 40 hours each week.
May have to work some Saturdays.
ENTRY LEVEL SKILLS NECESSARY TO APPLY FOR WEB INTERN POSITION-
Must be in attendance at High School level of education.
Work program student preferred.
Must have transportation.
Must have computer keyboarding skills.
May have to take a typing test.
